Conversations with Silky Oak
The majestic Silky or Silver Oak lights up like a giant candelabra of golden fire just after Spring Equinox each year. The synchronised blooming of Silky Oak trees spreads wide across the landscape, giving us a glimpse of the invisible interconnected grid the trees in this species form across time and space. Several years ago,…

On Plants, Planets, Openness and Connection!
Paracelsus, the 14th century doctor, chemist, alchemist and founder of modern chemistry, used the doctrine of ‘like cures like’ (homeopathic principle) and the relationship between plants and planets to treat illness. “if an organ is sick, the doctor appeals to the corresponding organ in the macrocosm” As a simple explanation of this: So if you…

A Transmission from the Cannabis deva
Dragon medicine – a double edged sword! Warning: This transmission may trigger some people. Just want to preface this by saying: I am just the messenger, not the source! Some of this information made complete sense and some of it surprised me greatly – I was particularly intrigued by the specificity of the different preparations…

Walking the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail
Having just hiked the trail (aka bvrt), passing numerous cyclists and a few people on horseback, other walkers were sparse. In fact I could count them on the fingers of one hand. So I thought I’d write this post in the hope of inspiring more walkers, especially given as to the ease of this trail…

I’d been in a quandary as to which Mugwort to use…

Herbs as Teachers: Awakening Ancestral Wisdom
Herbs make brilliant teachers. The more I learn directly from herbs through deep listening and plant communication, the more I’m noticing some repeating patterns. Firstly, all plants when you meet them at a core level – at the level of spirit (more on this below), will teach you about unity consciousness. Secondly, the deeper you…

Thyme is in our hands
Thyme is in our Hands… It’s Time for Thyme! …the gateway to eternity… In August, 2019, a small group of people joining the Co-creative Gardening Collective had a brief tune into Thyme. One of the messages received was that there was about to be a local epidemic and that Thyme would be specific for it…
