5 Keys to Plant Communication
Plants are living beings. While they may function and communicate differently to us, that doesn’t make them any less intelligent. In fact, there is growing evidence that plants communicate in much more sophisticated ways than was first imagined.* From my personal communications with the plant realm, I have realised that they have an awful lot…

Patchouli Teachings
Patchouli – unassuming and earthy. While well known for its scent, as a moth repellant and hippie deodorant, there’s a lot more to it than meets the eye. In fact, when a group of people coming to one of my plant journey evenings met with Patchouli, they were all surprised at her sweet, gentle energy. …

An Alchemical Journey with Yarrow.
An Alchemical Journey with Yarrow. Making spagyrics is an enormous dive into experiencing a herb. Alchemy is a layered experience. Rosemary – Divine Mother
One of the first plant spagyrics I made close to 20 years ago along with a friend, was Rosemary. Sadly it was back in the days when I didn’t document (lesson learned!) and so much of what we experienced – alchemy is a lived experience of a plant – has been lost. Rosemary is for…
