Mugwort alchemical journey plant teachings. Calcination begins....

Bleary eyed this morning, I pulled myself up to drink the tea left by my loving man. A bird out the window started ruffling it’s feathers. Unable to quite make out what it was I grabbed my bedside birdwatching binoculars and was so delighted to discover it was a frogmouth. On closer inspection, we discovered another much larger frogmouth above it on a higher branch.
